How to cook "Pie with fish (simple recipe)"
We start by preparing the pike fillet. We clean it, rinse it thoroughly under water.
Now we are preparing the yeast dough. We mix sifted flour, salt, sugar, active yeast and water. Mix well and let the dough rest for one hour in a warm place.
We clean the pike fillet from skin and bones. Finely chop the fillet, and cook the fish soup from the head, bones and vegetables.
Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan, then fry the chopped pike fillet in vegetable oil.
We form cakes from the dough, put the filling in the center, place a piece of salmon fillet on top.
We fold the pies so that the filling is visible. Lubricate the surface with a beaten egg and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
