1 Prepare the meat. Rinse, peel and cut across the grain into medium sized chunks. 2 Dip the beef in flour on all sides. 3 Peel the onion and chop randomly. 4 Peel the tomatoes, put them in a blender bowl, add the tomato paste and chop. 5 Fry the onions in a skillet until golden brown and transfer to a plate. 6 In the same skillet, fry the meat until golden brown. 7 Once the beef is crusty, add the tomato sauce, onions, and water.
