How to make "Chocolate Buckwheat Pie"
Prepare a small selection of foods needed to make a buckwheat chocolate cake.
In a deep bowl, place all dry ingredients: sifted flour of two types, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
Prepare a homogeneous dry mixture using a spoon or whisk. Pour in sunflower oil and grind the ingredients into small crumbs.
Pour water into the resulting crumb in small portions, kneading the dough with a spoon or spatula.
Combine the ingredients thoroughly, getting rid of the lumps of the flour mixture. Pour the dough into the prepared mold and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake the buckwheat flour chocolate pie for 40-50 minutes, checking the doneness with a wooden stick. Let the finished cake cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and cut into portions.
