How to make "Classic Cupcakes"
Prepare the required ingredients. Milk, eggs and butter should be at room temperature. It is better to get them out of the refrigerator in advance.
For the cream, use mascarpone and sugar.
Beat butter with vanilla and sugar with a mixer until fluffy for 5-7 minutes.
Beat eggs lightly. Gradually add them to the butter mass, whisking continuously for 5 minutes.
Sift flour and baking powder, add to the butter and egg mass. Pour in milk and mix thoroughly.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Divide the dough into the cupcake tins. I advise you to lower the paper molds into a metal or silicone mold so that they do not lose their volume. Bake cupcakes 25 minutes before toothpick dry.
Remove the finished cupcakes from the oven and cool.
Whisk mascarpone with sugar for 2 minutes. Place the cream in a pastry bag and apply to the cupcakes. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
