How to cook "Chicken scraps with vegetables, spinach and feta cheese"
Cut the chicken into small cubes. My favorite thing is to take the mixed pulp from the breast and thighs. Punch the vegetables into coarse crumbs using the pulse blender. You can grate, but with a blender it is faster and ultimately softer.
Mix vegetables with chicken well and add crumbled feta cheese, egg, black pepper and a spoonful of flour. Salt with care, remembering that the cheese is salted.
Mix the mixture well. Perhaps, you will need to add more flour - the mass should be thick enough and fall off the spoon in a soft piece, and not drain.
Fry the shredding in ghee - this will make them especially tasty. Roast slightly below medium when heated, slowly, roasting the chicken thoroughly. Flip when the bottom side is more than half baked.
Put the finished shredding in a plate and keep warm until serving.
Serve the chicken "shredded" hot with tomato sauce and fresh vegetables.
