- Minced meat - 250-300 grams
- Bacon - 100-150 Grams
- Hard cheese - 100 Grams
- Chicken egg - 1 Piece
- Quail Egg - 6 Pieces
- Mayonnaise - To taste

How to make Quail Egg Meatcakes
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Boil the quail eggs for 5 minutes in boiling water. Cool and clean.
Add an egg to the minced meat, salt and add your favorite spices if desired.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Place the bacon in a muffin pan.
Then put the minced meat on 1/3 of the height of the cake and insert the egg in the middle.
Place the remaining minced meat on top of the eggs. If desired, brush with a little mayonnaise (without it) and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
You can immediately serve it to the table! Delicious both hot and cold.
