How to cook "Latin flan"
In a saucepan on the fire, stir the sugar with 0.25 cups of water until a smooth syrup is obtained.
Then bring the mixture to a boil and cook until golden brown.
Remove the mixture from the stove. Leave it on until it turns amber, which will take about 15 minutes.
Put the caramel on fire, add 2 tbsp. spoons of water. Bring to a boil again and turn off.
Pour the finished caramel into a deep mold. Move aside.
For now, tackle the foundation. Whisk the condensed milk, milk, salt, bourbon and vanilla.
Then strain the mixture and pour over the caramel.
Place the baking dish in another, large one. Pour water into the bottom. Send the flan to the oven for 80 minutes at 180 degrees. Then leave it out of the oven in a water bath for an hour.
After that, tighten the pudding pan with cling film. Refrigerate dessert for at least 8 hours.
Flip the flan plate before serving. Enjoy your tea!
