How to cook "Balachan dish"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Rinse peppers and limes and dry them from excess moisture on a napkin.
In a dry hot skillet, fry the shrimp paste on both sides until golden brown and transfer the block to a separate plate.
While frying the pasta, grind the chopped peppers in a mortar until they become gruel.
Then send the slightly cooled, fried shrimp paste to the peppers and also chop it with a pestle until smooth.
The next step is to add the juice of the lime wedge.
