- Frozen berries - 1350 grams (raspberries, strawberries, currants)

How to make "Homemade Wine"
1 Use frozen berries. In a saucepan, mix water and sugar and put on fire, bring the mixture to a boil. 2 Place the frozen berries in a large jar (about 11-12 liters) and cover with boiling sugar water. 3 Stir the contents and cover the jar with a natural cloth or lid, and leave for a day. 4 After the required time, remove the cloth (lid), add all the yeast, thoroughly mash the berries with a spatula. 5 Leave the mixture for 7 days and stir well with a spatula once a day. 6 Pour the contents of the jar into the bottle, use a fine sieve, leave 4-5 centimeters on top to allow the mixture to ferment. 7 Remove the wine for a month in a dark place where it will ripen. 8 Gently pour the contents to keep the yeast and fruit mixture at the bottom, use a thin tube to do this and pump the wine gradually. 9 Store the finished drink out of the sun, preferably in the pantry or in the cellar.
