How to make Cinnamon Pretzels
Sift flour into a deep bowl. Make a small indentation. Put pieces of cold butter, sour cream, egg yolks and lemon zest in flour. Mix gently.
Knead a soft, elastic dough.
Roll out small strands (20-25 grams) from the resulting dough and form pretzels.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on the blanks. Then place on a baking sheet.
Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
