You can fill the salad with mayonnaise with sour cream, then it will be less fatty. I did not add salt, because there is plenty of it in cucumbers, cheese, peas and mayonnaise.

How to cook "Beetroot salad with green peas"
Finely chop two small pickled cucumbers and place in a salad bowl.
Add grated cheese to your liking.
Place the canned green peas in a salad bowl.
Boil three small beets or two medium-sized beets until tender. Refrigerate, peel and cut into small cubes. Add to salad.
Peel the garlic, chop it and also put it in the salad.
