Cooking vegetable soup is easy. It is prepared quickly and easily. If there is a ready-made broth, the soup will be ready in 35-40 minutes and you can feed your family a fragrant, healthy, hearty and tasty dish. You can also cook such a vegetable soup in water, only in this case add more oil.

- Chicken broth - 1.3 Liters
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece

How to make Vegetable Soup with Pepper and Green Peas
Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Place in a saucepan.
Peel, wash and chop onions and carrots. Place in a skillet, pour in sunflower oil and simmer vegetables for 7-8 minutes over low heat.
Add carrots and onions to the pot. Pour in the broth and start cooking the soup.
When the potatoes with vegetables boil for 5-7 minutes, add the previously washed rice and peas to the pan. I have canned peas, but fresh or ice cream will do.
Wash the Bulgarian pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Chop the cabbage finely.
Add cabbage and peppers to the soup. Season the soup to taste.
Cook the soup until all vegetables are done and turn off.
Add chopped parsley to the prepared soup.
The vegetable soup is ready.
