How to make Baked Pepper Salsa
To prepare salsa, you will need the following products: bell peppers, garlic, onions, parsley, lemon, salt, sunflower oil.
Wash and bake the pepper. I did it in the microwave in 5 minutes. You can bake it in a regular oven. It will take 20-25 minutes.
Put the hot baked peppers in a bag. When it cools down, the skin comes off easily.
Peel the baked peppers.
Finely chop the peppers and place in a bowl.
Add chopped garlic.
Add finely chopped onion and lemon zest.
Chop the parsley finely and place in a bowl as well. Season with salt to taste. Pour in lemon juice and sunflower oil.
Stir the sauce.
The baked pepper salsa sauce is ready.
