Main Ingredient: Cereal / Rice / Crab Sticks
- Crab sticks - 100-120 Grams
- Boiled rice - 150 Grams
- Boiled eggs - 2 Pieces
- Bulgarian pepper - 1/2 Piece
- Fresh cucumbers - 2-3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 1-2 Art. spoons
- Apple - 1 Piece
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Ground black pepper - 1-2 Pinch
How to Make Corn-Free Crab Salad
For the salad, boil rice and eggs in advance. I use steamed rice, boil it in a large amount of water, and then just put it in a colander.
Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
Cut fresh cucumbers into the same cubes.
We cut the crab sticks.
Peel and slice the eggs. Leave a couple of circles to decorate the salad.
Peel and dice the green apple. It is best to take sweet and sour.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
