- Minced meat - 600 gram
- Carrots - 200 Grams
- Bow - 100 Grams
- Starch - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Breadcrumbs - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Paprika - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Salt - To taste
How to cook "Zrazy meat with carrots"
Prepare all ingredients.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Fry in vegetable oil until soft, add paprika, salt to taste, stir and let cool.
Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl.
Add chopped onions, starch, a tablespoon of breadcrumbs and salt to taste.
Divide the minced meat into 8 pieces. Form a flat cake on cling film (I have a baking sleeve) and place about a teaspoon of carrot filling in the middle.
Fold in half at once, join the edges and shape as desired.
Dip the ready-made zrazy in breadcrumbs.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Meat zrazy with carrots are ready. Serve immediately!
