- Filo dough - 250 grams
- Feta - 200 Gram
- Mint - 50 Grams
- Leek - 1 Piece

- Egg white - 1 Piece
- Sesame Seeds - 1 Teaspoon

- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Butter - 4 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Pies with feta"

Fry finely chopped mint and onion for a couple of minutes in a dry frying pan. Crumble the feta.

Melt the butter. Heat the olive oil separately for 10 minutes. Then pour over the greens. Add salt and pepper.

Cut the dough into equal squares. Brush each piece with butter. Place a spoonful of herbs and cheese in the center. Wrap the square in a triangle.

Next, grease the products with whipped egg white. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Transfer the items to a baking sheet. Send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
