Tiramisu is prepared in different ways, but the impregnation based on coffee and cognac is always an integral addition. The buttercream ideally permeates soft cakes, resulting in an incredibly delicate dessert with a delicate coffee aroma. Soft biscuit cakes are the basis of this wonderful Italian dessert.

Ingredients:
- Egg - 4 Pieces
- Sugar - 270 Grams
- Flour - 115 Grams
- Ground coffee - 4 Teaspoons
- Instant coffee - 2 Teaspoons
- Water - 175 Milliliters
- Cognac - 2 Art. spoons
- Cream cheese - 350 Grams
- Cream - 180 Milliliters
- Egg Yolk - 3 Pieces
- Cocoa - 2 Teaspoons

How to cook "Tiramisu" Viva Italia "

1. Prepare brewed coffee, then filter and add instant coffee. We leave it to cool completely, and in the meantime we will take care of the cake.

2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a thick foam. Gradually add sugar and continue to beat.

3. Add yolks to the protein mass and mix until smooth.

4. Add 30 ml of ready-made coffee and mix gently again.

5. At the very end, add flour and knead the dough.

6. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and pour the dough onto it starting from the middle. Distribute the dough evenly over the entire surface and send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

7. Let the biscuit cool slightly.

8. Cut the cooled biscuit into 4 parts.

9. In 100 ml. brewed coffee add 3 teaspoons of sugar and 2 tbsp. spoons of brandy. Mix well.

10. It remains to prepare the cream: whisk 140 gr. sugar with 3 yolks. Add 45 ml. coffee. We put the mass on the fire and cook until thickened.

11. Beat the cream cheese separately (it can be replaced with soft low-fat cottage cheese).

12. Whisk the cream separately, then add the cooled egg yolks and whipped cream cheese. We bring the cream to a uniform consistency.

13. Immediately soak the cooled cakes with coffee and cognac.

14. Then grease with cream. And so we do with all the other cakes.

15. The last cake is also coated with cream and sprinkle with cocoa. We send the finished tiramisu to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

16. Here is such a delicious and beautiful dessert. If you decorate it with a scoop of ice cream, it will turn out even tastier and more harmonious. Enjoy your tea!
