How to cook "Spicy Mackerel"
Wash the mackerel.
Remove the head and fins. Gut, remove the black film inside.
Grind the herbs and spices with salt in a mortar or coffee grinder. Grate the fish with the spicy mixture, cut into 4-5 cm pieces. Place the fish pieces in a baking dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then send to bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
