How to make "Meat Pie (Simple Recipe)"
1 Mix eggs with salt, add kefir, soda, vegetable oil and mix well. 2 Add flour as needed. Knead the dough well and let it rest on the table for 20 minutes. 3 Scroll the meat in a meat grinder with garlic and half an onion. 4 Cut the remaining onion into half rings. Add to the minced meat together with chopped herbs. 5 Pour in the cream or milk, salt and pepper and mix well. 6 Roll out two unequal fins from the dough. Place the larger one on the bottom of a baking dish, spread the filling in the center and cover with a second layer of dough.
