How to cook "Tartin with roast beef"
Grill the bread until golden brown.
Spread the sauce on the bread. To prepare it, chop the onion very finely with a knife, rinse, squeeze and mix with soy sauce, sugar, mustard, sesame oil and rice vinegar.
Top with thinly sliced roast beef.
Blanch the tomatoes, peel them of skin and seeds, cut into small cubes. Slice the pickled cucumbers as well.
