How to cook "Apple marmalade"
Prepare the ingredients, squeeze out a glass of apple juice.
Divide the apple juice into two parts - 1 to 3. Add agar-agar to a container with a lot of juice and stir quickly. Leave it on for a while until the gelling agents start working.
Put the star anise star and slightly crushed cardamom buds in a container with the second part of the juice. Bring the liquid to a boil over low heat, boil for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
Strain the juice and bring to a boil again over low heat.
