How to make "Turkey Croquettes with Quail Eggs"
Grind the turkey fillet with onions, garlic, herbs and a loaf soaked in cream in a meat grinder or blender. Add raw egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the minced meat well.
Boil quail eggs and peel. Slice hot peppers into rings and place over eggs. Then wrap them in strips of cheese. Form round croquettes from minced meat with wet hands, placing prepared quail eggs inside.
Breaded croquettes in rice flour - it hardly burns when frying and is very convenient for working with deep fat. Deep-fry the croquettes until golden brown, turning over a couple of times.
Place croquettes on napkins to remove excess oil. Then place in the oven and preheat at 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes to completely cook the croquettes from the inside.
Serve croquettes as a hot snack with fresh vegetables or simply with your favorite sauce. Enjoy your meal!
