  • Kefir - 2 Glasses
  • Salt - 1 tbsp. the spoon

1. Rinse the chicken legs and put the marinade in a zip bag. For the marinade, combine kefir, chopped celery seeds (1 tsp), black peppercorns, bay leaves, salt and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly, tie the bag, removing all the air and refrigerate overnight.

2. Pour flour into a separate bowl. Remove the chicken legs from the refrigerator and pat dry with paper towels. Dip in flour and place on a wire rack. Strain the kefir marinade to get rid of the spices, then dip the legs into it and roll in the flour again. Place the chicken legs on a wire rack and let sit for 1 hour.

3. Heat the vegetable oil in a cauldron or a heavy-walled skillet, line the chicken and fry until golden brown, turning occasionally. Transfer the cooked chicken legs to a towel to loosen excess fat.
