How to cook "Fried rice (master class)"
It is better to cook rice in advance, in the evening, so that it stays in the refrigerator overnight and gives off excess moisture. This will make the fried rice crumbly and not sticky.
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt. In a skillet preheated with oil, fry an egg pancake on both sides for 30 seconds.
Cut the egg pancake and set aside.
Cut onions and carrots into cubes, send to a preheated pan with butter. After 2-3 minutes, when the onion is soft, send the peas to the vegetables.
Add rice to vegetables and stir. Then add soy sauce, sesame oil and salt, pepper to taste. Personally, I don't add salt as the soy sauce does the job.
Stir and saute the rice for at least 3 minutes, until the seasoning and rice are well combined. At the end of cooking, add the chopped egg pancake and serve. Enjoy your meal!
