How to make "Quick bread with milk powder"
Pour vegetable oil and water into the bowl of the bread maker. Add salt and sugar.
Pour in milk powder.
Add flour and yeast. Turn on the quick bake mode. It lasts for me 2 hours 10 minutes.
The dough in the process of kneading should be like such an even bun.
Cool the finished bread on a wire rack, covering with a towel. Enjoy your meal!
