- Garlic - 1 Piece
- Prunes - 150 Grams
- Dried cranberries - 70 Grams
- Ground black pepper - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Cold water - 2/3 glasses
- Dried Basil - 2 Tbsp spoons
- Salt - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Pork belly - To taste
How to cook "Homemade sausage with prunes"
Wash the pork and remove the films. Cut into small cubes and place in a deep bowl. Then chop the pitted prunes and add them to the pork along with the cranberries.
Peel and chop the garlic with a knife. Add it along with ground pepper and basil to the meat. Dried basil can be replaced with fresh basil by grinding it beforehand.
Place the cranium in a bowl and cover with warm water. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then scrub it on both sides and rinse thoroughly under running water.
Add salt and cold water to the minced meat, mix all the ingredients. Fill the resulting mass into the womb, twisting it every 15 centimeters. Don't stuff it too tightly.
Place the sausage in a baking dish. Then preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the sausage in it for 30 minutes, turn it over to the other side and cook for another 25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
