How to make Burgundy Apple Casserole
1 Wash and peel the apples. Remove core, pits and cut into small pieces. Then simmer apples with butter (70 grams) over medium heat for 10 minutes. 2 Sift flour into a bowl, add powdered sugar, eggs and salt to taste. Remember to stir all the time with a whisk (you can use a mixer or food processor). Pour in milk gradually, making sure that no lumps form. 3 Add cooked apples to the mixture and stir. 4 Grease a baking dish with oil. Pour the mass into a mold and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. 5 Cool the finished casserole and serve. Enjoy your meal!
