The baked goods are very tender, tasty, fluffy and aromatic! The dough is easy to prepare, but very successful. Try it! Such cheesecakes will especially delight lovers of cottage cheese. How to cook "Cheesecakes with cottage cheese, feta cheese and herbs"
Prepare all ingredients.
Sift flour into a deep bowl, add sugar, yeast and 1/2 tsp. salt.
Pour in warm milk and add two eggs.
Mix everything and add vegetable oil here.
Knead the dough, put it in a ball, cover with plastic wrap and put away in a warm place.
Leave the dough to rise for 4 hours. During this time, beat it 2-3 times when it rises.
For the filling, grind the curd through a sieve.
Add grated feta cheese.
Any chopped fresh herbs, an egg, and some salt.
Stir. The filling is ready.
Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll into balls and leave to rise for about 15 minutes. Then roll each ball into a circle and make a notch along the edge with a knife every 1 cm.
Shape the sides of the cheesecake by tucking the cut edge of the dough inward, as shown in the photo.
Transfer the dough pieces to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Fill the cheesecakes with the filling and brush with an egg. Leave for 20 minutes to rise.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cheesecakes with cottage cheese, feta cheese and herbs are ready.
