How to make Pogacice bread

1 Pour sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and yeast into warm milk. Mix thoroughly and set aside for 10-15 minutes until yeast activates. 2 After 10-15 minutes, the yeast is activated and bubbles appear, add the rest of the flour and salt to the mixture to taste. Stir well and knead the dough. 3 Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Divide the dough into small pieces (10-12 pieces). Melt the butter. 4 Roll out the dough pieces to form tortillas. After rolling, dip each tortilla in melted butter and place them in a circle in a baking dish, overlapping each other. 5 Cover the pan with cling film and set aside for 20-30 minutes to rise. 6 Brush the scones with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 7 Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
