How to cook "Pork Ribs in Sour Sauce"
1 In a deep bowl, combine sour plum sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, starch, salt and white pepper. 2 Wash the pork ribs and cut them into pieces. Then dry and put in a bowl with the sauce, stir well and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour. 3 Coarsely chop the onions and carrots. Place half of the vegetables at the bottom of the multicooker, then the pork ribs and the remaining vegetables. 4 Cook the meat for 3 hours. 5 Pour the slow cooker sauce over the ribs and serve.
