You can adjust the consistency of this pate yourself using the water in which the beans were boiled, as well as olive oil. You can also add spices at your discretion. - Red Beans - 1.5 Cups
- Walnuts - 1/2 Cup
- Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
- Ground coriander - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Hops-suneli - 1 Pinch
- Water - 1/2 Glass
- Olive Oil - 1/4 Cup
- Salt, pepper - To taste
How to make "Red Bean Pate with Pomegranate"
Wash the red beans and soak in water overnight. Then boil it until cooked, drain the water, leaving half a glass for the pate.
Put boiled beans in a blender bowl, add walnuts, peeled garlic, ground coriander, suneli hops, salt and pepper to taste.
Puree all ingredients until smooth. Bring the pate to the desired consistency with olive oil and bean decoction.
Put the pate in any dish you like and garnish with pomegranate seeds on top. Store the pate in the refrigerator. Enjoy your meal!
