How to cook "Beef roll in the oven"
Prepare the spinach first: Boil fresh or frozen leaves in salted boiling water (3-4 minutes), squeeze and let cool. Then make an omelet from 1 egg, fry in olive oil and cut into strips. In a large bowl, place the ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, black pepper, an egg and slices of bread soaked in milk and squeezed. Mix the minced meat well with your hands.
Place the minced meat on a sheet of foil and shape into a rectangular slab. Place the sausage slices on top, then the smoked cheese slices.
Place spinach and omelet on top of the cheese.
Form a tight roll, check that there are no gaps anywhere. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on the roll.
Transfer to a baking sheet and spread the butter slices on top.
Bake the meatloaf in a preheated oven until golden brown. Allow the finished roll to cool slightly, then cut and serve. Enjoy your meal!
