Honey dough itself is delicious. You can probably make any dessert from it! And you can make any cream, I like creamy the most. You can add to the cream, for example, Mascarpone cheese or vanilla extract, or you can even make a custard. Experiment!

- Margarine - 150 Grams
- Sugar - 200 Grams
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 2 Glasses
- Cream from 33% - 300 Grams
- Powdered sugar - 100 Grams
- Fresh raspberries - To taste

How to cook "Honey Raspberry Tartlets"
Put the margarine on the stove to start melting. Add honey and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Add baking soda. The dishes should be deep, as the mass will begin to foam when the baking soda is added.
Heat the mass, stirring constantly, until it becomes caramel color. Then remove from heat and cool until warm.
Mix eggs and flour into the cooled mass. You may need more flour. Knead a soft, non-stick dough.
Form baskets from the finished dough, using special molds and send to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool the finished baskets.
For the cream, whip the cream with the icing sugar.
Decorate the baskets with cream and fresh raspberries. Let them sit in the refrigerator for a while. Enjoy your tea!
