I really love this soup and cook it in different variations. For example, instead of rice, you can use pearl barley or oatmeal, as you wish. If you cook for children, exclude garlic and spices.

- Round Rice - 1/2 Cup
- Broccoli - 250 Grams
- Zucchini - 200 Grams
- Spinach - 80 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece (small)
- Garlic - 3-4 Cloves
- Water - 1.5 Glasses
- Milk - 1 Glass
- Black pepper - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Nutmeg - 1 Pinch
How to make Cream Soup with Rice, Spinach and Broccoli
Rinse the rice well and set to cook, pouring cold water.
Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Dip the broccoli and zucchini in a saucepan of semi-cooked rice and cook until soft. Then add the spinach, let it dry or thaw if frozen.
Pour in hot milk and heat for a couple of minutes.
Punch the soup with a blender until smooth. Season with salt to taste, add black pepper and nutmeg.
Let the soup steep for 5-7 minutes and always serve with crackers. Enjoy!
