- Pumpkin - 500 Grams (peeled)
- Apples - 2 Pieces (medium size)
- Orange peel - 1 Teaspoon

- Yogurt - 100-150 grams (thick)
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Gelatin - 25 Grams
- Orange Juice - 1/2 Cup
How to make Light Pumpkin Mousse
We will need these products for the first stage of cooking. It is better to take apples hard with sourness, and pumpkin of sweet varieties.
We clean the pumpkin and apples from the rind and core.
Cut into small cubes. Apples can be sliced slightly larger than pumpkin.
Transfer the pumpkin and apple slices to a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
Remove the zest from the orange with a fine grater and add to the pumpkin with apples. Pour in olive oil and mix.
Put the pumpkin with apples in a baking dish, cover with foil and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour or more. The pumpkin should be soft.
Soak gelatin in a little water, let it swell. We squeeze the juice from the orange, send it to the gelatin and put it in a water bath. Stir until the gelatin grains are completely dissolved.
Pumpkin with apples are baked, cool.
Using a blender, turn apples and pumpkin into a smooth and tender puree. If your pumpkin is not very sweet, you can add a little sugar.
Add yogurt and cooled gelatinous mass. Whisk thoroughly.
We put the mousse in cups or bowls and put in the refrigerator until it solidifies. Decorate with berries before serving and enjoy.
