How to cook "Apples with vanilla-creamy streusel"
Prepare the food you need. Wash the apples.
Cut cold butter into cubes, combine with sugar, vanilla and flour. Grind the mass into crumbs, refrigerate.
Peel the apples, remove the seed pods, cut into small cubes. Add sugar (2 tablespoons) to them, 1 pinch of vanillin and ground cinnamon. Stir.
Spread the apples into a baking dish and place the sand crumbs on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Streusel should be browned, and apples should be caramelized.
