How to make Lazy Stuffed Pepper
Wash vegetables and herbs. Cut the pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds. Peel the onions and carrots.
Cut the pepper into strips, carrots and onions into cubes, tomatoes into circles.
I will not cook in a cauldron, but in a multicooker in the "Baking" mode. Fry the carrots in hot oil until golden brown. Add onion and pepper, stir, cook for 5 minutes.
If the rice is not parboiled, then it must be rinsed in cold water, put on a sieve. Heat in a hot frying pan with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Add parboiled rice, salt and ground pepper to taste into the multicooker bowl, stir. Spread the minced meat, tomato circles on top. Pour in boiling water. Close the cover. Cook for 30 minutes.
