How to cook "Fruit and berry biscuit"
Beat the eggs with three tablespoons of plain sugar and a packet of vanilla until they are thick and fluffy. Beat for at least 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the flour sifted with baking powder and gently, at a low mixer speed, mix it into the dough.
Place a circle of parchment on the bottom of the multicooker bowl and pour a third of the dough. Place the sliced fruit, pour over the rest of the dough.
Top with blueberries and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Bake the biscuit for 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes with the lid open, then remove using the steamer rack.
Cool baked goods completely. It will be even tastier if you let the biscuit brew in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Sprinkle the sponge cake with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your tea!
