- Plum - 300 grams (whole fruit weight)
- Banana - 1/2 Piece (medium size)

- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Wheat flour in / grade - 1 Glass (200 ml)
- Oatmeal flour - 1/2 Cup
- Poppy - 1/2 Cup
- Cinnamon - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon (under the knife)
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. the spoon
How to make "Plum and honey poppy seed cake"
Peel the plums and remove the pits. Mash the pulp along with the banana half. Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, honey and beat the mixture with a mixer. Pouring oil in a thin stream, beat the mass well until smooth.
Pour in flour sifted with baking soda (2 types). You can take equal amounts of flour, the cake will be slightly drier and more crumbly.
Add dry poppy seeds and cinnamon to the dough. Stir.
Pour balsamic vinegar into the dough and mix well.
Pour the dough into the prepared mold, sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar on top and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until tender. The finished cake is springy and lagging behind the edges, and the toothpick comes out dry.
Let the cake stand in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove. Cool the pie on the wire rack and serve with tea.
