How to cook "Fried Potatoes with Zucchini and Eggs"
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into strips. Place in a skillet with sunflower oil.
Peel the onions, wash and cut into half rings. Add to skillet with potatoes. Cover the skillet with a lid and sauté the potatoes and onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes.
Wash and peel one small zucchini. Young can not be cleaned. Cut into the same strips as the potatoes. Send to the pan.
Season vegetables to taste and cover. Fry until cooked for another 7-8 minutes. Then add the minced garlic.
