Alexey Zimin in one of the episodes of his program told how to cook turkey cutlets with fried apples. I slightly altered the recipe to suit my tastes and was very pleased with the finished dish. See below for details.

- Minced turkey - 500 Gram
- Cream 15% - 50 Milliliters
- Flour - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Butter - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Apple - 2 Pieces
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Cinnamon - 1 Pinch
- Pink pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Greens - 1 Bunch
- Dried Garlic - 1/2 Teaspoon
How to make Turkey Cutlets with Fried Apples
Prepare the food you need. Wash the apples.
Add flour, cream, egg, dried garlic, salt and ground black pepper to the minced meat. Knead the minced meat thoroughly and shape into patties. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the patties until lightly blush.
Place the patties in a baking dish, pour over the meat juice from the pan. Put to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add sugar, cinnamon and pink pepper. Cut the apples into slices, fry for 5-10 minutes. The caramelization time depends on the variety and ripeness of the apples.
Serve with tomato sauce and chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal!
