- Green beans - 200 Grams
- Grated Ginger - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Dark Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Tofu - 200 Grams
- Carrots - 2 Pieces
- Peanuts - 2 Tbsp. spoons
How to make "Tofu Salad"
1. Cut the tofu into cubes.
2. Combine soy sauce and sesame oil.
3. Add ginger and tofu cubes. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
4. Boil the beans for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
5. Peel and grate the carrots.
6. Combine the beans, carrots, tofu and some remaining marinade.
7. Add peanuts and serve. Enjoy your meal!
