How to make Summer Sandwiches
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Trim the crust off the toast. You can make croutons from them.
Using a vegetable cutter, cut the cucumbers into thin slices. The knife must be moved away from you.
Finely chop the fish and onion, season with lemon juice and mayonnaise. Pepper to taste and stir well.
Grease all toasts on one side with cream cheese, put cucumber slices on the cheese.
