- Homemade minced meat - 500 Gram
- Green onion - 1/2 Bunch
- Greens - 1/2 Bunch (parsley and celery)

- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1 Pinch
How to make Savory Chicken Pepper Rings
Grind minced beef and pork. Add finely chopped green onions and parsley, celery.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, add paprika, bread crumbs and one egg. Mix the minced meat well, beat it several times and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Wash bell peppers, cut into rings, remove seeds and partitions.
Shape into balls of minced meat and place in pepper rings.
Bread the cutlets in flour, dip in an egg, beaten with salt.
Fry in butter until golden brown on both sides.
Pour over the grated tomatoes and simmer covered over low heat for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with a complex garnish. I have zucchini fried with potatoes and garlic as a side dish. Pasta is also good.
