For this delicious cake, you can use any yeast dough, for example, prepared according to my recipe. From this amount of dough, two small cakes or one large cake come out. Please note that the amount of filling ingredients is indicated for one small pie. If you will be making a large pie - with all the dough, then double the ingredients for the filling. You can use any nuts - I have peanuts, homemade Nutella chocolate spread. The pie is delicious and worth making and trying. I think you will not be disappointed either.

- Flour - 3 Glasses
- Dry yeast - 30 grams
- Milk - 200 Milliliters
- Egg - 1 Piece

How to make "Yeast cake with chocolate spread poppy seeds and nuts"
Dissolve butter and sugar in warm milk.
Beat in an egg and stir until smooth.
Add yeast, stir.
Add flour and salt.
And knead the dough. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for an hour.
The risen dough must be kneaded and divided into two parts.
In the meantime, while the dough is rising, prepare the poppy filling. Pour the poppy with water, boil it until the water boils away, cover and let it cool, then grind with a blender until it turns white. Add sugar and stir.
I make 2 small pies, so I divide one part of the dough into two more. Roll out each piece of dough into a thin cake. Grease the dish with vegetable oil and lay out the first tortilla. Place a cup in the center.
Spread the poppy filling in an even layer around the cup.
Remove the cup and put the chocolate paste in the free space.
Lay out the second layer of dough on top.
Return the cup to the center of the pie and cut through it.
Turn each cut piece counterclockwise. Remove the cup, brush the center of the pie with chocolate paste and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Brush the dough with a beaten egg.
Send the cake to a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes - it all depends on your oven.
Cool and serve. Enjoy your meal!
