How to make the "Burning Emerald Cookies"
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Boil nettle leaves, drain the water. Rinse under running water, squeeze.
Place the leaves, soft butter, and eggs in a blender bowl. Punch until smooth.
Combine two flours, zest, cardamom, sugar, vanillin, and baking powder. Combine both masses and knead a soft dough.
Divide the dough into small pieces. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
