The loaf turns out to be soft, aromatic and very tasty! The amount of dill greens added to the loaf can be varied according to taste preferences. It can be 50-100 grams, depending on the desired intensity of taste. You can also add garlic, coarse salt to the filling.

How to cook "Homemade loaf with dill"
Prepare the listed ingredients, rinse the dill greens and pat dry with a paper towel. Instead of whole grain flour, if necessary, use rye or wheat flour of the first (premium) grade.
Warm the water slightly, it should be warm (30-35 degrees). Dissolve dry yeast with added sugar in it.
Leave the yeast warm for 3-5 minutes to activate, then add the turmeric and salt and stir.
Add the sifted whole grain flour into the liquid in portions, combining the components with a spoon.
Following the whole grain flour, add white flour to the dough in portions, at the same time sifting it and stirring the mass with a spoon. Leave some of the flour (20-30 grams) to complete the kneading.
When the dough becomes difficult to stir with a spoon, pour the sunflower oil into it and finish kneading with your hands, adding the remaining flour.
Leave the resulting soft dough in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
After the specified amount of time, the dough should noticeably increase in volume. Crumple it with your hands and place it on a floured work surface.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer about 1 cm thick and spread the finely chopped dill over it, leaving the edges of the dough free.
Roll into a roll, pinch the edges of the dough, giving the product the shape of a loaf.
Use a sharp knife to make small cuts on the surface of the loaf and brush with yolk if desired.
Leave the homemade loaf with dill for 5-10 minutes for proving, and then bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
