Let's prepare delicious pickled tomatoes without vinegar, aspirin and citric acid, but with delicious and aromatic cherry plum. I can safely give such tomatoes to my little children.

- Bulgarian pepper - 1/2 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece

- Garlic - 1-2 Cloves

- Allspice peas - 5 Pieces
- Cloves - 5 Pieces
- Dill - 1 Bunch
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp. spoons (for 1 liter - 1 tbsp. l salt)
- Sugar - 1.5 Art. spoons (for 1 liter - 1 tbsp. l sugar)
How to cook "Tomatoes with cherry plum"
Prepare the food you need. Wash the vegetables and cherry plum. Peel the onions, garlic and carrots. Cut onion and garlic into slices, carrots into thick circles.
At the bottom of the sterilized jar, lay dill, cherry plum, allspice, bay leaf and cloves. Place dense tomatoes ("Cream" variety) in a jar to the very top, shifting onions, carrots and bell peppers. Add salt, sugar. Fill with cold drinking water.
Place a thick cotton cloth at the bottom of the pan. Place the jar in a saucepan and pour warm water over the shoulders of the jar. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, sterilize for 4-5 minutes. Roll up the lid.
Wrap the jar in warmth, let cool. Store in a cool and dark place.
