How to cook "Cake" Tsar's "sour cream"
1 Fry the walnuts in a dry skillet, then chop with a knife. 2 Cook the dough for each of the 3 layers in separate bowls. For each: beat 2 eggs, add 1 cup each granulated sugar. Once a frothy mass has formed, reduce the speed and add 1 cup flour each. 3 Put a glass of sour cream in three separate small bowls, add slaked soda to it (extinguish in the proportion: 1 tablespoon of soda to 1 tablespoon of vinegar), mix. 4 Add chopped nuts to the first bowl, cocoa to the second, and poppy seeds to the third. Mix the contents of each bowl well. 5 Pour the dough into three baking tins and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 6 Cool the finished cakes completely. 7 Put the condensed milk (boiled) into the mixer bowl, add soft butter and beat until a uniform mass is formed. 8 Brush the cooled cakes with cooked cream, garnish the top of the cake with the remaining chopped nuts.
