- Cream 33% - 2 Glasses
- Liqueur (nut) - 3 tbsp. spoons

How to make "Coffee mousse"
1 Whisk the cream well and refrigerate. 2 Brew sugar and coffee and refrigerate. 3 Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Then pour in the chilled coffee and nut liqueur in a thin stream. Stir. 4 Add the whipped cream to the mixture and stir again until smooth. 5 Pour the aromatic coffee mousse into your favorite glasses or cups. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. 6 Lightly fry the hazelnuts for decoration (don't forget to chop them). 7 Garnish the set mousse with whipped cream, chopped nuts and coffee beans. Serve cold. Enjoy your meal!
